Book at Taringa Central

In-person GP, telehealth and alternative natural therapies appointments are arranged through the Taringa Central booking page. The clinic confirms suitability and availability; an enquiry does not confirm a booking.

For emergencies call 000; do not email for urgent medical concerns.

Booking an appointment

Email taringa.clinics@healthmedi.co for Taringa Central appointment enquiries. Links identify your interest in in-person GP, telehealth or alternative natural therapies; the clinic must confirm availability and suitability. Sending an email or contact form does not confirm an appointment.

Please bring your Medicare card and a list of your current medications to your first appointment.

Cancellations and missed appointments

If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee that is not claimable through Medicare. Repeat non-attendance may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Telehealth appointments

Telehealth consultations are conducted by secure video. Please ensure you are in a private, quiet location with a reliable internet connection at the time of your appointment.

Medicare rebates for telehealth are subject to eligibility rules, which our team can explain when you book.

Fees and billing

Fees vary by clinic, consultation type and length. Our team will advise the fee when you book. Medicare rebates apply to eligible services and are processed at the time of payment.

Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

Running late

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so other patients are not delayed.

Prescriptions and referrals

Prescriptions and specialist referrals generally require a consultation. Our doctors cannot prescribe or refer without a clinical assessment.
